Renew Records

Note: Only users with an Account Owner or Editor role can renew a registration or certificate record.

To indicate that a record is in the process of being renewed, or has been renewed:

1. On the Records page, click on the record that is/has been renewed.

2. Click on the "Renew" button at the bottom of the registration or certificate record details panel. You will see the registration or certificate record renewal panel, which enables you to enter the new details associated with the renewed registration or certificate record.

3. To save the renewed record, click the "Save" button.

Every time a record is renewed, Rams saves a new version of the record as part of the record's history. You can view all versions of a record in the "View History" feature.
